There will be several raffles so bring you dollars to buy raffle tickets!
Unfinished/Old Business: Pat Haden has stepped down after 24 years on the HOA
GSMOL information presented by Anne Anderson. The job is to educate homeowners on the laws for mobile home residents and asks more residents to join. It also sponsors local events with a State Convention once a year to be held this year in Sacramento this April. Signup for any resident is www.gsmol/convention.
Copies of the Treasurers’ Report was available at the table with a signup sheet for Paul or Bob to email copies if you so wish.
Negotiations for management has been put off until February. Hoping current mgmt. will continue.
Speeding please remind friends and family that speed limit is 10 MPH Do your part and ask known speeders to slow it down.
Appreciation was expressed by a resident about receiving minutes by email.
Again, more petty theft. Complaint was made that the Temperature gauge by pool has been taken and would like it back. It seems almost monthly some sort of theft is happening.
HOA Dues are due for 2016 Include your email address with your check for membership. Just drop your check in the HOA Box at the Clubhouse. Management does not want HOA checks in the rent envelope. Thank you for your consideration.
Large map removed question was asked if by the flagpole could there be a box with maps inside like at Calle Real entrance. Apparently persons lost end up at the flag pole and are knocking on residents’ doors nearby for directions.
The meeting was adjourned at 7:20 pm.
Next Board meeting will be February 11th at 7:00 pm in the Clubhouse. Bring your questions and concerns.
